These agreements are based on a monthly retainer. Depending on the response time required by the customer, the customer can choose from three different support level options. In a nutshell, the Cyberlab Maintenance Agreement guarantees the customer uptime on computer equipment by deploying qualified and well trained technicians and software support consultants for trouble shooting and repairs ensuring contingency by installing backup equipment should faulty equipment be removed from your premises.
